Knights came with the usual balance of youths and experience for the match notably with a brand new jersey having set a goal to have their 2nd win this year and another clean sheet.

It was a superb Knights display especially in midfield with Anuar bossing the center with force but fair tackles leaving the likes of Sam and Ahmat to create opportunities for goals. It didnt take long before Jesse latched onto a speculative short pass, held off the attentions of two defenders and slipped the ball underneath the onrushing Woodlands goalie. By contrast, possession was Knights advantage but despite that, it stood 1 - nil until the 1st half was over.
With so many reshuffling from both sides in the 2nd half it was perhaps understandable that it took quite some time for either team to register a shot on target. It was a bit of a stalemate throughout the entire 2nd half but the match ended well for Knights having secured their 2nd win of 2010.
