Knights Scorers: Jesse(2), Ahmat, Asri and Indra
Knights went on to a 5 goal stroll against ManUtdSG earning their first clean sheet in the year of 2011. Knights were in Black hosting Singapore's Red Devils fan club.
Knights turn in a devastating showcase of finishing, bagging two goals in the first half, and a further trio in the second half. The return of Banks in between the posts after months sidelined due to injury demonstrated promising defence. Kai was task as a right back supporting right winger Zack while Fazli continued his permanent role as a left back behind Joel. Reza proved solid alongside Indra in central defence with Ahmat and skipper Ju dominating the center of the field.
Knights began with a proactive action swarming into attack the first 15 minutes earns them a freekick. Indra lofted the ball in for Jesse to finish. It wasn't long before a mistake by ManUtdSG poor clearence lead to an unmanned goal. jesse took the opportunity to squeeze in his 2nd. Later in the second half, Ju outwitted ManUtdSG in midfield with a pass that cuts their defence open for Asri to score. Indra was the epicentre of Knights celebratory huddle for the 4th goal with a corner headed home from Ahmat. Indra, was again the hub of joy ten minutes later as he carefully tuck in the 5th and final goal to heap further misery on the fan club.
